What to Expect:
Ceremonial grade cacao will be served, although this is not a cacao ceremony. Cacao is a heartwarming, gentle plant medicine that does not have psychoactive effects. Instead, you may experience a sense of grounding, heart-centered awareness, and a refreshing perspective both physically and mentally. It serves as a wonderful and safe addition to your yin yoga practice, enhancing your experience and supporting relaxation and mindfulness.
